By clicking "Submit" to place an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ordering
* You can place unpaid orders. These orders are not final until payment is received.
* You can change or check unpaid orders for stock availability or deadlines before making payment.
* Unpaid orders may be canceled by the website due to pricing adjustments.
* Once you make the payment and the order is processed, you cannot change or cancel the order.
Return Process
* Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the parcel to get a return authorization number (RMA).
* Print out the email with the RMA number.
* Customer service will provide the return address.
* OneStopTex will contact you after receiving and inspecting the return within 7-14 days
Return Conditions
* Returned items must be kept in a smoke-free environment.
* You are responsible for inspecting goods before customization (Printing/Embroidery). Returns/replacement/exchange are not accepted for decorated items.
* Defective items must be reported within 7 business days from the date of receiving the parcel.
* Only defective or incorrectly supplied items with RMA may be refunded or exchanged.
* RMA numbers must be written on the OUTSIDE of the parcel for acceptance by the warehouse.
* Items that have been worn, used, washed or modified in any way cannot be returned whatsoever.
* OneStopTex may need a full description and images before issuing an RMA for “defect”.
Stock Availability
* OneStopTex strives to maintain a 100% stock availability, but occasionally an item may sell out unexpectedly.
* If an item cannot be shipped promptly, OneStopTex will offer a substitute or refund to avoid delay.
* You cannot reserve stock without payment, but you can check stock levels in advance.
Return and Exchange
* Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
* A return handling fee of $10 or 15% (whichever is higher) will be charged.
* You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
* Returned items must be in brand new condition (not washed/used/decorated).
* Products that include an undergarment cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene
purposes.
* Check product measurements and colors carefully before ordering.
* The website is not responsible for color variations on different screens.
* You are responsible to ensure the suitability of the products for your intended purpose.
Expedited Exchange
To speed up the exchange process, you can place a new order with your new selections and return the unwanted items. OneStopTex will then issue you a refund on the cost of the products minus the return handling fees.
Delivery
* OneStopTex does not guarantee urgent deliveries or fixed deadlines. It usually takes 1-7 days for processing excluding delivery time.
* Contact OneStopTex in advance for urgent deliveries.
* You can specify the desired delivery date in the “Instructions” field during checkout.
* OneStopTex is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond their control.
* OneStopTex will try their best to fulfill urgent delivery requests but cannot guarantee it.
* The courier will charge a re-delivery fee if no one is home during the first delivery. To avoid this fee, you can authorize OneStopTex to leave the parcel at your door.
* OneStopTex is not liable for loss or delay by third-party carriers.
* You can track your delivery by logging into your user account.
Website Errors
* In rare occasions, there may be errors in freight or item charges.
* OneStopTex reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is priced incorrectly.
